Innox
Mills Limited, a London-based consortium of property investors, is working on
plans to regenerate the former Bowyer’s site in Trowbridge.
To
date, the project team have been carrying out remedial safety work and
technical surveys on the old buildings, and speaking to stakeholders and
potential occupiers.
The
next stage will be to draw up initial plans before hosting a public exhibition
in the New Year.
