Wiltshire Council made an
Article 4 Direction yesterday (April 19th) removing permitted
development rights for the change of use of the building at The Pavilions,
White Horse Business Park and land within its curtilage from office use to
residential use.
The effect of this is that a
full planning application will be required if the applicant wishes to pursue
the proposal for a change of use of this property to residential use.
Transforming Trowbridge is
now going to work hard with the owners to find some tenants for this prestigious
building.
